Ms. Jeeva Priyadarshani is an experienced and versatile professional with over 17 years of experience in many corporate entities in Sri Lanka. As the Executive Director and Head of Human Resources & Administration at Siyane Credit & Investments (Pvt) Ltd, Jeeva plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR strategies, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving the growth of the company’s human capital.
Jeeva began her career in marine & shipping lines industry back in 2008. Her last appointment was with E.C.D. Global (Pvt) Ltd where she served over 11 years and her last designation prior to leaving was Manager Human Resources and Administration.
Jeeva holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Wolverhampton, UK, which has further enhanced her strategic thinking and leadership capabilities. Her academic background, combined with her extensive hands-on experience, allows her to effectively balance both operational and strategic aspects of human resource management.
In 2025, Jeeva took a significant step forward in her career when she joined Siyane Credit & Investments (Pvt) Ltd as one of the founding directors. In this role, she has been instrumental in overseeing the company’s Human Resources and Administration functions, ensuring that the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent. As a strategic leader, she has played a critical role in building a high-performance culture and implementing HR practices that align with Siyane Credit’s long-term goals.
With a career that spans diverse roles among many industries, Jeeva brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and a proactive approach to her position at Siyane Credit. She continues to drive the company’s mission of providing high-quality financial services while creating a supportive and dynamic work environment for employees. Through her leadership, Jeeva remains committed to fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and growth at Siyane Credit.
Mr. Nimantha Kuruppu brings over 22 years of experience in leasing, microfinance, SME financing, educational loans, and gold loan operations within Sri Lanka's financial services industry. He is recognized for introducing collaborative leasing models for small and medium-scale enterprises, strengthening branch-level growth and operational efficiency.
He was honored with the Gold Medal for Best Culture-Driven Leader (2017) at Commercial Credit and Finance PLC. Mr. Kuruppu has held senior leadership roles at The Finance Company PLC, Abans Finance PLC, and PMF Finance PLC, where he contributed significantly to operational strategy and business development.

Mr. Dinesh Siriwardana is an accomplished finance professional who began his career in 2006. He brings expertise in Strategic Planning, Product Development, Relationship Marketing, and Agile Leadership, with emphasis on innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
He has extensive experience in SME, Corporate, Project, Agriculture, Hire Purchase, Lease, and Microfinance, holding senior roles at Ceylinco Grameen and Commercial Credit and Finance PLC. He holds an Honorary Doctorate from Commonwealth Peace University and an MBA from Leeds Trinity University.
He is also Managing Director of Hunters Wood Cabins, Executive Director of Kansilu Hotels, and Provincial Director of the Freedom Human Rights Association.
Mr. Udaya Perera is a seasoned financial services professional with over 24 years of experience across Sri Lanka's finance, insurance, and leasing sectors. His expertise includes leasing, auto financing, branch operations, credit management, investments, savings mobilization, and rural finance.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at several leading institutions including Asian Alliance Insurance, Ceylinco Development Bank, Central Finance PLC, LOLC Finance PLC, Commercial Credit and Finance PLC, LB Finance PLC, and Alliance Finance Company PLC.
Prior to joining Siyane Credit, he served as Assistant General Manager and previously held senior branch management positions, demonstrating strong leadership in portfolio growth, credit control, and operational excellence.
